Overview

The Sciclone G3 NGSx iQ workstation includes an integrated on-deck thermal cycler (ODTC) and Twister III robotic arm. The ODTC enables full automation of PCR preparation and the Twister III robotic arm stores and loads up to 27 tip boxes of any consumable type. The addition of the ODTC and robot enable a higher level of automation and much longer unattended NGS Protocol runs. This provides increased walk-away time for users and lowers variability and risks related to incubation and PCR timing.

The Sciclone G3 NGSx iQ workstation utilizes highly reproducible liquid transfer technology to assure the construction of high-quality NGS libraries from DNA, RNA or target capture library preparation kits. This fully enclosed workstation comes with over 30 fully verified or vendor qualified automated library kits. The Sciclone G3 NGSx iQ workstation is also equipped with a tip chute, for convenient waste disposal, integrated gripper, for moving labware across the workstation deck, as well as temperature, magnetic and shaking options for precise, standardized NGS library preparation.

We recommend using Revvity branded pipette tips with your liquid handler. Our tips have been carefully designed and produced to stringent standards of quality to ensure maximum accuracy and precision, and are the only tips guaranteed to work on Revvity liquid handlers.
